How can I place an order?

Once your account has been approved by our sales team, you will receive an email with the official order request form and detailed instructions on how to submit your order.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, provided that the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

All returns must be pre-approved by our customer service team, and a return authorization number is required. Unauthorized returns or those that do not meet our return criteria will not be eligible for refund or credit. Once returned items are inspected, we’ll issue a credit or replacement, depending on your preference.

Please note: return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply. Custom or special-order items are non-refundable.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) as well as bank transfers.

For approved partners with recurring orders, we offer extended payment terms of up to 30 days.
